Reference and Information Services

These are direct instruction and assistance given to library users on the use of reference and information resources of the library. This service aims to satisfy all reasonable requests for information through use of library resources; inter-library loans and referrals.

Circulation Services

This service refers to the borrowing and returning of library materials by the pupils, faculty, and other members of the school community. It encourages everyone to fully utilize the library materials and other resources.

Periodical Services

Periodicals include publications issued daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. They include journals, magazines, serials, and newspapers.

Computer Services

Computer and internet services are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. These are provided to support research needs. Wireless internet is also available for personal devices.

  • First-come, first-served basis. ID is required.
  • Only for scholarly and research use. Typing/editing personal work is not allowed.
  • Only one user per computer at a time.
  • Accessing non-research-related content (e.g., games, chat) is prohibited.
  • Files saved locally may be deleted upon reboot.
  • No installation of software or hardware modifications allowed.
  • Violations may lead to disciplinary action.
